Custom-designed items are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned free of charge within the statutory period of 14 days. Cancellation of the purchase is not possible in this case. We would also like to point out that we are not permitted to print motifs or text that are subject to copyright. This includes, for example, logos and names of sports clubs, music bands, fashion brands, actors, or professional darts players. If the customer does not own the rights to the submitted image, logo, or text, we reserve the right to refuse printing for legal reasons. The same applies if the content to be printed is politically, socially, or sexually offensive, violates applicable law, or is deemed inappropriate by us for other reasons.
