Besides text, logo printing is also no problem. However, it's important that you provide the logo either as a vector file (.eps / .svg / .ai) or as an image file (.jpg / .png) in the highest possible resolution (at least 3000 x 3000 pixels). Ideally, you should use a high-resolution PNG file with the logo isolated and a transparent background. The better the source image, the sharper the print. Clearly defined shapes without shading or special effects are best.
Depending on the printing process, a white border may appear around the print. This border is minimal and barely visible.

The surround is designed to simply be slipped over the board for attachment; its tight fit holds it in place. No additional mounting hardware is required. If a dart lands in a printed area of the surround during use, a small hole or chip in the print may occur. This is unavoidable and not grounds for an exchange, return, or price reduction. Furthermore, we advise against using cleaning agents on the print, as the ink may react with certain chemicals, potentially causing it to peel or blister.

Personalized items are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned free of charge within the statutory 14-day period. Cancellation of the purchase is not possible in this case. We also point out that we are not permitted to print any designs or texts that are subject to copyright. This includes, for example, logos and names of sports clubs, music bands, fashion brands, actors, or darts professionals. If the rights to the submitted image, logo, or text do not belong to the customer, we reserve the right to refuse printing for legal reasons. The same applies if the content to be printed is politically, socially, or sexually offensive, violates applicable law, or is deemed inappropriate by us for any other reason.
